Among the objectives of
European Union is found out the promotion economic progress and social, balanced
and durable, through the enforcement cohesion between the member countries.
Region (the Administrative Territorial unit) is looked, in acception of Council
Europe, as unit placed immediately below the level states authoritatively
choosed of The Public Administration and financial own middles. Romania is
splited in many administrative territorial units named county. For they can
be aplicated the politic developmental regional, on the territory of Romania
they set up eight developmental regions as a result an a free agreement between
the district and local councils.

presentation of administrative organization Romania:

is teritorial organized in 41 counties + Town Bucharest with a rank of
county, the centre of co-ordination is The Government of Romania, prefects
and control committees – a verification from the teritory. The decentralization

local jobs, represented through local councils, mayors and district councils;
